HOW WE WORK

Start with common sense.
Build properly.
Keep moving.

One concrete problem, direct communication and something your team can use. We keep it understandable, agree on what's needed and adjust together.

Common sense. Direct communication. Working together.

DOWN-TO-EARTH BRABANT COMMON SENSE

Your budget belongs in your operations.

Some firms turn every data question into a consultancy project. Lots of workshops, polished slides and a hefty bill. But if your team is still doing the same manual work afterwards, what have you actually bought?

At Celsius BI, we put the effort into something that works. Start small, build together and put it to use. You get a useful system, with documentation and maintenance agreements. It ain’t rocket science. It takes common sense and someone who builds it properly.

THE APPROACH

From the first question
to everyday use.

  1. 01

    Understand first.

We look at where things get stuck with the people doing the work. Which systems do you use? What's done manually? And when would you consider the problem solved?

Then we choose one clearly defined first step. We agree what to build, what it needs and how we'll assess whether it works.

You know what you're starting.A concrete goal, a clear scope and an agreed plan for delivery.
  2. 02

    Build.
    Review. Adjust.

We build the first solution and show you what's there. Your team tries it with familiar situations. We include exceptions too: missing data, a failed connection or a step that needs approval.

We adjust what doesn't work well. That keeps the conversation focused on the real work and lets you contribute while we build.

You see what's happening.A working solution, practical feedback and focused improvements.
  3. 03

    Put it to work.
    With everything in place.

We check how it works, set up access and monitoring and support the launch. Your team knows how to use the solution and what to do if something gets stuck.

We agree on documentation, maintenance and any further development. Then we look at which next step would genuinely help.

Your team can take it forward.A solution in use, a clear handover and agreements on what follows.

KEEPING IT PRACTICAL

Say it
as it is.

01

The right technology.

We use what the solution needs. Sometimes that's a connection, sometimes a workflow and sometimes AI. A new tool isn't a goal in itself.

02

Direct contact.

You talk to me about decisions and progress. I organise development and make sure the parts fit together.

03

Honest about what's needed.

If something isn't practical or turns out to be unclear, we discuss it. We adjust the agreement before we continue building.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

You know the work.
We need that knowledge.

You don't need to write a technical brief. A concrete example of what goes wrong or takes too much time is a great start.

01

Someone who knows the process.

A colleague who can show us how it works now and judge whether the solution helps.

02

The right information and access.

Together we agree which systems, examples and permissions we need to build and test.

03

Honest feedback.

Tell us if something is unclear or awkward. It makes the solution better.

LET'S BE HONEST

When might this
be a poor fit?

If you're mainly looking for a thick consultancy report, someone who agrees with everything or months of meetings before getting started, my way of working is less suited to you.

Want to understand a problem together, build something that works and improve it in practice? Then we've got a good starting point.
