03 / AGENTIC AI FLOWS

AI that gets work done.
With you in control.

An AI agent can assess information, find the right data and perform a follow-up action. We connect it to your systems and clearly define what it can and cannot do.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Lots of reading. Lots of searching.

  • Colleagues search for information across systems and documents.
  • Incoming documents need to be read and categorised again and again.
  • An AI experiment works in a demo, but not yet in everyday operations.

WHAT WE BUILD

An agent with a task.
And clear boundaries.

We start with the work that needs doing. Sometimes a fixed workflow is enough. We use AI where it helps interpret varied information and choose a suitable next step.

01

Provide useful context

We connect the agent to relevant documents and business data. Instructions clarify which sources to use and what the task involves.

02

Connect tools and systems

The agent can call agreed functions, such as looking up data or preparing a task. We limit access to what the application needs.

03

Build in human oversight

We define which actions need prior approval and when a colleague takes over. Uncertainty has a clear route back to your team.

04

Test and monitor

We assess performance using representative examples, including difficult cases. Evaluation and logging help identify errors and guide improvements.

WHAT THIS COULD LOOK LIKE

Read a document and prepare the next step.

An agent extracts data from a document, looks up related information and proposes how to process it. A colleague checks the proposal before the agreed change is made in the system.

FROM QUESTION TO EVERYDAY USE

Start small.
Put it to work properly.

  1. 01

    Choose a clearly defined task

We identify where AI adds value and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. 02

    Build and assess

We test the agent against real work situations and refine its boundaries and instructions.

  3. 03

    A controlled rollout

We arrange access, logging and approvals. Your team knows when to step in.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Let's clear that up.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly holds a conversation. An agent uses information and tools to carry out steps in a task. It may have a chat interface, but it doesn't need one.

Does an agent have to do everything on its own?

No. We decide how much independence is useful for each step. Having someone review a proposal can be the best first application.

How do you handle errors and business data?

AI can make mistakes. That's why we define tasks and permissions, test with examples and build in checks. We agree upfront which data a model or provider may process and which settings are appropriate.
